IMPACT at Bangor (FULLY BOOKED)

Welcome to IMPACT

BCUHB is one of the largest Health Boards/Trusts in the UK and has a population density of 700,000.

It operates over three large DGH sites, Bangor being furthest West and in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.

The IMPACT course is run from the combined Postgraduate Centre in Bangor and North Wales Clinical School, where there has been a long history of developing excellence in PG teaching as well as the use of simulation and laboratory based learning.

The Faculty that will deliver the teaching is hand-picked from those at the front line, involved in acute medicine on a day to day basis as well as reputations for excellent teaching styles.

They will combine a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with thorough in-depth and professional teaching of this increasingly essential course to get things right with sick medical patients, delivered in innovative modern teaching venues with panoramic views of Snowdonia.
