Welcome to IMPACT 

IMPACT is run each year at the Royal Surrey in June. We have been running the course for over 5 years.

Our Course Director, Dr Matthew Evans, is leading the Faculty. We have excellent feedback from delegates, commenting on the friendliness of the Faculty. The courses are always oversubscribed and we have a waiting list each time.

The Education Centre is a large building set aside from the main hospital and we have dedicated use of six rooms which gives plenty of space for the workshops and lectures. We are very lucky to have an FY2 doctor working in Medical Education and it is their role to administer the IMPACT course. Our Simulation Manager is also very hands on in supporting the running of IMPACT.

The catering gets good reviews and we organise a dinner on the first evening in the Centre for everyone to relax and get to know each other.

Guildford is very well placed for access to the A3 and M25 and within 35 mins by train to Waterloo.
